Complaints

Most patients are satisfied with their dentist (or dental specialist). However, occasionally you could feel you’ve been misinformed or that your treatment was inadequate. Possibly you might not agree with the bill or a combination of the afore mentioned.

Should you feel unsatisfied with your dentist, dental hygienist or another member of staff at Tandartsen aan de Herengracht, we can help you find the best solution. We ask you to describe your complaint during a scheduled appointment for a consultation or to e-mail Chaka, the practice manager info@tadh.nl and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If a chat with your dental practitioner or the practice manager at the Tandartsen aan de Herengracht doesn’t deliver the desired result, you can submit a complaint to ANT (association of Dutch dentists) of which G. C. van West, the dentist/implantologist/owner, is a member.
